Duration: 4 Weeks. 1 Day per week.
Life is about compromises, as is conducting business. Whether you are negotiating contracts with external partners or trying to foster a partnership between departments internally, you’ll need to negotiate a basic agreement. Interests are never 100% aligned. In this course, you’ll learn how to gain all information you need to create an irresistible proposal, whilst keeping all party’s best interest at heart. In this skill course, you’ll learn how to create a business without corporate restraints. Entrepreneurship involves a complex combination of skills. You’ll learn about entrepreneurial finance, marketing (Analog, social and digital), qualitative and quantitative research, project management, feasibility assessment, prototyping, pitching, business modeling and more.
